Jay G. Destribats is a graduate of St. Francis College and received his law degree from Seton Hall University. He is the former Chairman of the Board of Yardville National Bank, a member of the Mercer County Improvement Authority. He is a member of the Mercer Bar Association, Hamilton Township Elks, Italian American Sportsman’s Club and the Mercer County Chamber of Commerce.

Bernard A. Campbell, Jr. has been practicing law for over 35 years. He is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. Raymond C. Staub was born and raised in the Villa Park section of Trenton. He was educated in the Catholic schools of Trenton and Hamilton Township. He is a former Prosecutor (City of Trenton 1994 - 2000) and handles all the criminal/municipal court matters in the firm. Mr. Staub also handles employment matters, general civil litigation and expungements.

Anthony J. Destribats is the Firm's Managing Partner and concentrates his practice in commercial litigation with a focus on complex contractual disputes, business disputes, landlord/tenant law, tax appeals and environmental law. Additional areas of practice include wills and trusts, estate planning and administration, municipal law and criminal defense. Prior to joining the Firm, Anthony was an attorney with Pepper Hamilton LLP in Princeton, New Jersey. He is a court-appointed mediator and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Northern District of Illinois and the Southern District of Florida.

Nicholas R. Pantages  is an associate with the Firm. He is a graduate of Widener University School of Law. After graduating from law school he was the Law Clerk for the Honorable Anthony M. Massi, J.S.C. Family Part in Trenton, New Jersey. During his clerkship he earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from Villanova School of Law. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Pantages was an associate at the Law Offices of Charles J. Casale, Jr. P.A.
